Marijn Geuze

My name’s Marijn Geuze and I’m a lawyer and partner at TEAM Advocaten. I studied in Leiden, where I graduated in civil law and corporate law.

In 1997, I started practising as a lawyer in the corporate law practice of a renowned Amsterdam law firm. Since then, I’ve specialised in contract law with corporate law, construction and property law, tenancy law and procedural law as my specific areas of focus.

I strive to find efficient and practical solutions to problems in my work and combine legal expertise with commercial insight. I’m proactive, energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. And I always strive for the best results, like in the sports I practise – boxing, kickboxing and golf.

I’ve registered in the following practice areas in the Netherlands Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas:

• Civil procedure
• Tenancy law
• Property law

Under this registration, I must obtain 10 training points in each registered principal practice area every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
