My name’s Robbert Kraaijvanger and I’ve been a lawyer since 2008. I obtained my LL.M in Dutch Law / Corporate Law (cum laude) from Radboud University Nijmegen. I’ve also completed two specialisation courses: Grotius Insolvency Law and Financial Economics. Lastly, I’ve obtained my MA in French Language and Literature.

I specialise in broad corporate and property law, focusing specifically on tenancy law, directors’ and officers’ liability and acquisitive prescription of immovable property and easements. I’m practical, dedicated and mindful of my clients’ commercial interests both inside and outside the courtroom.

Besides my work as a lawyer, I’m a deputy justice at the ’s-Hertogenbosch Court of Appeal and a member of the Association of Debt Collection and Litigation Lawyers (VIA).

I’ve registered in the following practice area in the Netherlands Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas:

  • Corporate law

Under this registration, I must obtain 10 training points in each registered principal practice area every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
