Tom van den Kieboom
As the ‘T’ of TEAM Advocaten, I founded the firm in 2004 to practice law in an enjoyable and no-nonsense manner.
I graduated in business law from Utrecht University in 1993 and completed a postgraduate specialisation course in labour law at Erasmus University, Rotterdam in 2002. In that year, I also trained as an NMI mediator at the Lime Tree in Bilthoven, specialising in labour law.
Besides being a lawyer, I’m also an experienced trainer, lecturer and coach for the Legal Profession Training, Dialogue, the IMC Weekend School Foundation and other organisations. In my practice, I focus on both labour and corporate law for a variety of clients. I attend mandatory training and peer supervision each year, including through the Dutch Labour Lawyers Association (VAAN).
It gives me great satisfaction as a lawyer to assist people or organisations in a personal way and help them get from A to B. I’ve registered in the following practice areas in the Netherlands Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas:
- Labour law
- Corporate law
Under this registration, I must obtain 10 training points in each registered principal practice area every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
DEFT, DEDICATED AND DEPENDABLE
Sharp and dedicated.
