Tom van den Kieboom
Tom supports enterprises and private persons. Tom is perceptive, dedicated, and highly proficient in finding solutions to the most complex situations. He has accumulated his vast knowledge and litigation experience since 1994 within the areas of labour law (including public service law) and corporate law. These are also the areas of law he was initially trained for by Utrecht University (corporate law) and subsequently at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (post-doctoral specialisation in labour law).
In his practice, he provides consultancy and litigation services for a variety of clients. Within business law, the emphasis is on guidance in case of disputes between shareholders and conflict between directors under the articles of association (dismissal and directors' and officers' liability). Tom is a member of the Dutch Labour Law Lawyers Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN)) and has been part of the professional education for lawyers, where he coaches and trains lawyers, for over 15 years. He established TEAM Advocaten in 2004 with the aim to perform his legal profession in a pleasant and no-nonsense manner. This aim has been successful, most notably by putting a personal approach at the heart of his practice.
