Sabrina Verzaal

My name’s Sabrina Verzaal and I was sworn in as a lawyer in Amsterdam in 2012 after completing my LL.M in Private Law. Before that, I worked as a legal secretary, administrative assistant and legal assistant at a law firm in Amstelveen. I also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics & Law.

With years of experience in advisory and litigation practice for both business owners and individuals, I focus on labour law, tenancy law, the general law of obligations and debt collection. My approach is mainly described as hands-on. I’m practically minded and always go for the best feasible result for clients whom I represent inside and outside the courtroom. The elite sports mentality I acquired in my youth, as a rhythmic gymnast with the Royal Dutch Gymnastics Union, is useful in that regard.

I’ve registered in the following practice area in the Netherlands Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas:

• Labour law

Under this registration, I must obtain 10 training points in each registered principal practice area every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
